Garland Of Peace

	To identify war ruins, memorials, and war-related places in the world, of significance to those countries and are in the time freeze zone of their past
	To declare them as Peace Heritage Sites
	To work for preservation of war heritage at a standard
	To form a fund consortium for the maintenance of Peace Heritage Sites as the property of the world community
	To enroll nations willing for such preservation of Peace Heritage Sites as contributing members
	To aid and assist linking such Peace Heritage Sites with transport and other relevant infrastructure
